Game designer and producer

An experienced game designer and producer with three years of industry experience, recognized for his ability to lead teams and develop immersive game experiences. He has demonstrated his skill in designing core game systems, including combat, characters, levels, and user interface, always aligning these elements with project objectives and stakeholder expectations. 

His experience includes working on multiple indie titles such as Sky Oceans: Wings for Hire, Heal ’em Up, and Inara and the Balance of the Island, where he has applied iterative design methodologies and managed playtesting sessions to optimize gameplay and user experience.

Including El Pasante Elementalista, a game that attracted over 8,000 players in its first week and received positive reception. In this project, Gustavo not only led a team of designers and artists but also programmed and implemented all necessary systems and assets in Unity

Committed to continuous learning and excellence, Gustavo has been recognized with the “Grow with Google Scholarship 2025” and the prestigious “GDC Scholarship 2024,” which underscores his dedication and potential in the industry. His passion for video games extends beyond development; he also practices painting and critical game analysis, allowing him to deeply understand the emotional impact of art in games.
